Fabric Color Variations – Same Batch Color Variations Disclaimer

Mazuna Home

This disclaimer is intended to bring notice to our clients that color variations may occur in linen and other upholstery fabrics, including fabrics supplied under the same batch number or color code. Such variations are part of the textile production process and are accepted within Mazuna Home production standards.

Disclaimer Details

  • Scope: The variation shown here is not limited to linen only. Similar color variation may also occur in other woven, textured, or upholstered fabrics used across our collections.
  • Acceptable Variation Range: A visible tone difference of approximately 10% to 20% may occur even within fabrics carrying the same batch number, dye lot, or coded selection. This may appear as a slightly paler tone, a slightly darker tone, or a subtly cooler or warmer cast.
  • Production Nature: Textile production is not a perfectly identical process from one cut to another. Minor differences in fiber absorption, yarn composition, weaving behavior, finishing, and dye response can result in gentle tonal shifts that remain within acceptable production tolerance.
  • Mazuna Home Standard: At Mazuna Home, these same-batch variations are considered an acceptable part of working with real textile materials and are not treated as a manufacturing defect when they fall within the above tolerance range.
  • Selection Notice: This notice is provided so clients are fully aware that the final fabric received may not be one hundred percent identical to the sample viewed at selection, even when referenced under the same batch number or coded fabric choice.
  • Client Acknowledgment: By proceeding with fabric selection and purchase, the client acknowledges that such variations may exist, understands that they are part of the normal production process, and accepts them as an inherent characteristic of the material.
Important note: This disclaimer is issued solely to bring awareness to expected same-batch fabric variation and to ensure that clients make their selection with full clarity and confidence.
